1.1 Organizer and Legal Responsible Party for the Package

This package tour is organized, managed, and marketed in its entirety by:

TRAVLR Pty Ltd is solely responsible to the consumer for the organization, execution, billing, and fulfillment of all legal and contractual obligations arising from the sale of the Experience as a package tour, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and EU Directive 2015/2302. TRAVLR acts as merchant of record in all transactions with end consumers.

1.2 Availability by Market

The Package is available for purchase in all markets where TRAVLR operates. In the markets of Spain, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, availability is limited to a maximum of ten (10) packages per concert per country. In all other markets (United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, Mexico, and Colombia), availability is not subject to this restriction.

In all markets, TRAVLR assumes full responsibility as package tour organizer toward the consumer, under the same terms and with the same guarantees, regardless of the traveler's country of residence.

Concert tickets are managed and issued by Live Nation España S.A.U., with registered address at Paseo San Juan 104, 6th Floor 2nd, 08037 Barcelona, Tax ID A58569815. Live Nation's specific venue access conditions, code of conduct, and ticket policy are mandatory and governed by their own terms, available at www.livenation.es.

These T&C govern the purchase of the Experience known as "Shakira: Residencia Madrid 2026," which constitutes a package tour within the meaning of Article 151 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and EU Directive 2015/2302. The Experience includes:

• A ticket to one of Shakira's concerts at Estadio Shakira in Madrid (September–October 2026), managed through Live Nation España S.A.U.
• Accommodation at a certified LGBTQ+ hotel in central Madrid, selected by TRAVLR through its inventory partner.

Detailed content, final price, and specific conditions will be communicated by TRAVLR in the individualized commercial offer through the TRAVLR platform.

1. Waitlist sign-up: Registering at www.queerdestinations.com creates no purchase obligation or reservation. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including their country of residence.
2. Redirect to TRAVLR platform: Queer Destinations S.L. will redirect the user to the TRAVLR platform, where the entire booking process will take place. Queer Destinations plays no role in any stage of that process.
3. Offer communication: TRAVLR will contact registered users to provide complete pre-contractual information, including the final itemized price and package tour contract, in accordance with Article 153 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
4. Contract formation: The contract is deemed finalized when the user expressly accepts TRAVLR's T&C, accepts the offer, and completes full payment for the package on the TRAVLR platform.
5. Confirmation: TRAVLR will send a purchase receipt and package tour documentation within a reasonable time after payment is confirmed.
6. Ticket delivery: Tickets will be delivered in digital format to the email address provided by the user, at least 48 hours before the chosen show date.

The final, all-inclusive price of the package, including all applicable taxes, fees, and charges, will be as stated in TRAVLR's commercial offer. Once the contract is finalized, TRAVLR may only revise the price under the circumstances set forth in Article 155 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, with a minimum of twenty days' notice before the start date.

Payment must be made in full on the TRAVLR platform at the time of confirmation. Packages will not be reserved until payment is complete. Accepted payment methods will be those specified by TRAVLR during the booking process. Queer Destinations S.L. plays no role in processing any payment and has no access to the consumer's payment data.

5.1 Cancellation by the Traveler

The traveler may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the Experience. The following cancellation fees will apply, in accordance with Article 160 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007:

5.2 Concert Cancellation or Postponement

• Definitive cancellation: TRAVLR will provide a full refund or rebooking on another available date at no additional cost.
• Postponement or rescheduling: Tickets will be valid for the new date. The traveler will have 21 calendar days from the official announcement to request a refund from TRAVLR.
• Artist substitution: The traveler has the right to cancel without penalty if the substitution is considered a material change to the show.

5.3 Suspension Due to Weather Conditions

• Suspension before start: The procedure in section 5.2 applies.
• Suspension with less than 50% completed: TRAVLR will refund a proportional share of the ticket price.
• Suspension with 50% or more completed: No ticket refund applies. Accommodation is governed by its own terms.

5.4 Cancellation Due to Administrative or Legal Reasons

In the event of cancellation due to administrative or legal reasons (license revocation, court injunction, venue or Live Nation insolvency, or other decisions by a competent authority), TRAVLR will notify the cancellation as soon as possible and issue a full refund within the legally established timeframes.

5.5 Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (WHO-declared pandemics, travel restrictions, state of emergency, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable and unavoidable events), the traveler has the right to terminate the contract without penalty and receive a full refund within a maximum of 14 days, in accordance with Article 160.2 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

5.6 Material Changes by TRAVLR

If TRAVLR is required to make material changes before the trip starts, it will notify the traveler without delay, offering: (a) acceptance of the change with a price adjustment if applicable; or (b) cancellation without penalty with a full refund within a maximum of 14 days.

5.7 Scope of Refund

• The refund will cover only the price of the package booked with TRAVLR.
• TRAVLR will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the traveler (personal flights, transportation, non-included accommodation, etc.).
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, through the TRAVLR platform.

5.8 7-Day Booking Guarantee

TRAVLR offers a 7-calendar-day booking guarantee from the date of purchase. If during this period the traveler cannot secure accommodation availability for their desired dates, TRAVLR will issue a full refund at no charge.

5.9 Refundable Booking Option

TRAVLR may offer at the time of purchase a "Refundable Booking" option at a higher price. The specific terms and eligible reasons will be detailed during the purchase process. This option will not be available for all packages.

5.10 Pricing or Information Errors

In the event of a material error in published information, TRAVLR will notify the traveler, offering: (a) to keep the booking at the correct price or conditions; or (b) to cancel with a full refund within a maximum of 14 days.

5.11 Administrative Fees for Booking Modifications

Modifications requested by the traveler for reasons not attributable to TRAVLR may incur an administrative fee of €25 per booking, plus any hotel provider charges. The traveler will be informed before the modification is confirmed, and fees will only apply upon their express acceptance.

The resale of packages, tickets, and any other component of the Experience is expressly prohibited. TRAVLR reserves the right to cancel without refund any package for which resale is detected, and to pursue any applicable legal action. Tickets are issued in the holder's name and identification may be required at venue entry.

Package purchases are reserved for persons aged 18 and over. Minors may attend accompanied by a responsible adult who has purchased the package on their behalf. Live Nation España S.A.U.'s venue access conditions apply:

• All minors under 18 must carry a national ID or passport.
• Minors under 16 may only enter accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult authorized in writing.
• Minors under 18 must present Live Nation's Minor Access Authorization form (www.livenation.es).
• Failure to meet these requirements will result in denial of entry with no right to a refund.

9.1 Liability of TRAVLR as Organizer

TRAVLR acts as package tour organizer and merchant of record, coordinating services provided by independent third parties including Live Nation España S.A.U. and hotel suppliers. TRAVLR is responsible for the proper coordination and delivery of those services in accordance with Article 161 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, subject to the limitations set out below.

TRAVLR will not be liable for any failure, deficiency, or disruption in performance where such failure is attributable to: (a) the traveler themselves; (b) a third party unrelated to the provision of the contracted services; (c) unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances beyond TRAVLR's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, government action, or venue decisions; or (d) acts, omissions, or operational decisions of Live Nation España S.A.U., hotel providers, or any other independent service provider engaged to deliver elements of the package.

Where TRAVLR is found liable for non-personal damages, its maximum aggregate liability to the traveler shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the traveler for the package. TRAVLR shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, additional travel costs, or expenses arising from circumstances outside the package. This limitation is consistent with TRAVLR's role as a platform coordinating third-party services and does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable Spanish or EU law that cannot be excluded by contract.

9.2 Full Exoneration of Queer Destinations S.L.

Queer Destinations S.L. acts solely as promoter and distribution channel. Under no circumstances does it assume any liability toward the consumer arising from:

• The organization, preparation, execution, or delivery of the services included in the Package.
• The cancellation, modification, postponement, or suspension of the Package or any of its components.
• Any act or omission by TRAVLR, Live Nation, hotel providers, or any other service provider.
• TRAVLR's failure to fulfill its obligations as package tour organizer.
• Any damage, loss, expense, or cost arising from the booking, execution, or cancellation of the Package.
• The management of refunds, compensation, or financial claims between the traveler and TRAVLR.

9.3 Traveler's Liability

Each traveler is responsible for any damages or losses that may result from their own actions and omissions during the Experience.

All complaints or claims related to the Package must be directed exclusively to TRAVLR as the sole responsible organizer:

11.1 Data Controller During the Waitlist Period

Data provided in the waitlist form at www.queerdestinations.com will be processed by Queer Destinations S.L. as data controller, solely for the purpose of managing the waitlist and notifying the user of package availability.

11.2 Data Transfer to TRAVLR for Booking Purposes

Once the user accesses the TRAVLR platform to book the package, their personal data will be processed by TRAVLR Pty Ltd as data controller for the purposes of the package tour contract. This transfer is made on the basis of the user's explicit consent, collected via a specific unchecked checkbox in the waitlist form, with prior information about the international data transfer to Australia (a country without a European Commission adequacy decision), in accordance with Article 49.1(a) of the GDPR.

11.3 Data Subject Rights

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection by contacting Queer Destinations S.L. at [email protected] for waitlist data, or TRAVLR at [email protected] for travel contract data. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.

All image rights and intellectual property rights related to the show are reserved. Any filming, recording, or reproduction inside the venue is prohibited without express authorization. The ticket holder acknowledges that they may appear in images taken inside the venue for informational or promotional purposes, and consents to such use in accordance with Live Nation España S.A.U.'s conditions. Possession of a ticket grants no rights to use it for advertising or promotional purposes.

These T&C are governed by Spanish law, in particular: Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, EU Directive 2015/2302, Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services, and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence, without prejudice to the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms mentioned in clause 10.

TRAVLR reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Amendments will be communicated by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Already-executed contracts will not be affected.
